About the foundation
The Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation (WRF) aims to bring REALTORS® together to support charitable initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life in Wisconsin. The WRF focuses on assisting children in areas such as education, hunger relief, combating homelessness and abuse, and aiding those facing serious illnesses. In recent years, the WRF has concentrated its efforts on fundraising within three key spaces: food, shelter and community.
Local charity grants
Local charitable organizations that support Wisconsin children through food, shelter and community initiatives may be eligible for a WRF grant, if the organization are sponsored by a REALTOR® member. Access the grant application below to submit your charity today.

Annual Reports
The WRF's annual reports highlight the impact of charitable giving each year, including the programs the WRF supported, communities it served and the progress made toward helping children across the state.

The Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation is defined as a public charity under IRC Section 501(c) (3). As a public charity, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation may accept tax deductible contributions. In order to qualify as a publicly supported organization, a third or more of the foundation’s total financial support must come from government agencies, contributions from the general public and contributions or grants from public charities.
