The report is intended to keep real estate professionals informed about regulatory activity affecting licensure and practice in Wisconsin, and includes summaries of disciplinary actions taken by the REEB for the applicable reporting period. In 2020 and reaffirmed in 2023, the WRA board of directors voted to approve that the DSPS report include the name, license number and municipality of real estate licensees disciplined by the REEB during a stated time frame. Thus DSPS reports after that decision include this information.
