There has never been a more important time to invest in your business, your professional skills and your future. That is why I encourage every Wisconsin REALTOR® to join us September 22–24 at the Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison for the 2026 WRA Annual Convention.

One of the most significant discussion topics at the convention will be the sweeping practice changes taking effect January 1, 2027, as a result of new Wisconsin law revisions in 2025 Wisconsin Act 69. These changes will affect the way many REALTORS® market properties, work with consumers and navigate agency relationships. Led by WRA attorneys who helped write the law, these education sessions will go beyond simply explaining the new requirements. Through real-world examples, practical scenarios and applied learning techniques, convention attendees will gain the confidence and skills needed to successfully implement these changes from day one.
